This gift card (GVO) can be used as a form of payment for booking flights on airBaltic.com, as well as a form of payment for tickets and / or extra services (baggage, meals, seats, service fee, etc.) when you contact our call center or airport ticket office.

Multiple gift cards can be used simultaneously.

If the total amount of purchase exceeds the value of the gift card(s) any difference must be paid by card.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

A gift card must be redeemed within the time frame stated above.

Alternatively, its value is lost. The validity of the gift card cannot be extended.

If the gift card terms state that it must be fully redeemed at once then, in case it is partially redeemed, the remaining balance is lost.

A gift card can be used to book flights for any person, unless the gift card states that the recipient must be a passenger or one of the passengers.

Gift cards cannot be used in the Corporate booking engine.

Any further processing of a booking paid partly or in whole by gift card will comply with the standard airBaltic fare rules and charges according to the chosen booking class.

All disputes that may arise shall be solved in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Latvia.
